Escape with us for a magical wilderness adventure by the lake in Harriman State Park, NY. Our time together will be filled with yoga, meditation, hiking, swimming, kayaking, leisure time, fire circle and more.We will stay in a newly renovated eco camp in 2 cozy cabins with simple shared rooms. The camp is surrounded by beautiful woods. The lake has a swimming deck with a lifeguard, kayaks and canoes. You can also bring your own vessel.
We will offer mixed level of yoga and meditation classes daily and there will be plenty of leisure time to enjoy nature. You can arrive as early as 3 pm on Thursday and leave as late as 3 pm on Saturday to enjoy the beauty of the area. The retreat starts with dinner at 6pm and the opening session and yoga nidra after dinner. It will close with lunch on Saturday.
ACCOMODATIONS:
All rooms are shared, sleep up to 4 and have either 2 twin size beds and a bunk bed or 2 twin size bunk beds. We are only offering the bottom, not the top of the bunk beds (unless you request it for a reduced rate). Each bed comes with a pillow, pillow cover and a blanket, you will need to bring the sheets or a sleeping bag.
We have reserved 2 cabins so that our retreat can be held rain or shine. Camping platforms may be available, contact us ASAP if you are interested in staying in your tent.
If you are coming with a group of friends, reserve at the same time and request the shared room at the check-out.
MEALS:
The lodging includes 3 meals, Thursday dinner to Saturday lunch. All meals will be served indoors or outdoors on a stone patio overlooking the lake. The chef will do his best to offer us vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options.
